AI-Based Question Bank Generation
This feature automatically generates a new question bank, including questions and a questionnaire, based on a topic or documents provided by the user.
The user can freely describe the subject to be covered in the dedicated input field. They can also upload one or more documents, preferably in PDF format, which will serve as the knowledge source for the generation process. Office document formats such as DOCX or PPTX can also be used; however, images or scanned content contained within these documents are not taken into account.
The request can be supplemented with specific instructions, for example to focus on a particular section of a document, define the expected level of difficulty, guide the type of questions to generate, or restrict the generation to certain content.
When the user clicks “Start Generation”, Experquiz analyzes the provided information and automatically creates:
- a new question bank;
- categories corresponding to the main identified subtopics;
- a set of 12 questions based on the analyzed knowledge;
- a questionnaire containing these questions.
The generation process typically takes one to two minutes.
Once the generation is complete, the user can edit the generated content: modify questions, add new ones, adjust categories, configure the questionnaire, or create additional questionnaires from the generated question bank.
