Survey Results

Finally, you have a Results tab, which gives you access to all the data collected with this survey form. The page is presented as follows:

The user manual is usual: at the top of the page, the filters allow you to select certain datasets, according to [1] user groups, [2] the progress status of the survey, [3] the date the survey was opened, or finally [4] tags, which correspond to the tags you defined at the time of the invitation.

Once you have specified your filters, the page presents the collected datasets, with the indication of the user (or contact), the progress status, and the date of validation of the entries by the user.

As is very common in ExperQuiz, the chevron [5] to the right of each line allows you to open the dataset and view the user's entries.

If you check one or more lines [6], contextual buttons will appear that allow you to:

  • [7] export the data to an Excel file.
  • [8] delete the selected datasets.
  • [9] close the selected invitations, meaning that surveys that are not validated will be canceled.
