Cycles

ExperQuiz allows the definition of cycles, that is, programming events over time: an assessment one month after training, an assessment every day for 20 days, an assessment every Monday, etc.

Cycles allow for the planning of both questionnaires and surveys.

Cycles enable scheduling tests over time, constructing a test program that will be submitted to users according to a predetermined calendar, without needing to send invitations at each stage of the cycle.

For example, one might request that:

  • Training participants receive an invitation for questionnaire Q1 to be completed a week before the training, complete questionnaire Q2 a week after the training, and again Q3 two months after the training.
  • A group of collaborators receives, each morning, a micro test consisting of one, two, or three questions randomly chosen from a specific database.

A cycle can incorporate questionnaires from different thematic bases, allowing for the development of cross-cutting cycles encompassing a variety of knowledge. A single cycle can also include both questionnaires and surveys.
