Permission for Paths

The implementation of permissions for paths has become more precise.

Until now, to create a path, a user had to have "All the bases" in their allowed base scope, in addition to the permission to create paths.

The proposed evolution now allows a user to create a path with a limited set of bases in their scope and the permission to create paths.

They will then be able to create paths with the modules that are within their scope, visible to them, meaning single-base modules built from elements (questionnaires and media) in their scope.

For example, if the user can only see the SECURITY base, they can build their path with the single-base modules whose steps are questionnaires from the SECURITY base and media from the Company folder or the SECURITY base.
