Permission for Cycles
A cycle allows you to schedule invitations to complete questionnaires or surveys over time. It defines various activity scenarios such as hot and cold training evaluations, microlearning, an onboarding journey, and more.
The creation and management of cycles are no longer reserved for administrators. A new permission has been created to allow an authorized user to view, create, modify cycles, or to invite users within their scope to participate in cycle activities.
The permission "Invite Users to Cycles" requires the following permissions and therefore activates them automatically:
- View surveys
- Invite users to surveys
- View media
- Create, modify, delete evaluations
- View questionnaires
- View databases and questions (within the defined scope)
A user who has the permission to create or modify a cycle can build a cycle with the thematic base questionnaires that are within their scope (1 and 2) and with the surveys (3).
They will be able to invite users who are within their user scope.
