Surveys

ExperQuiz allows you to define surveys to collect data from your users. A survey is based on a form, which includes input fields of various types, configured according to your needs. The form is then presented to your users, who are invited to answer the questions posed.

Unlike questionnaires, a survey is not a test; there are no right or wrong answers, only inputs that will be collected and analyzed.

The survey feature allows for the creation of data entry forms that can be presented to users. Surveys will enable the collection of information from a population of users, and then the exploitation of the received information.

A survey form can be associated with a questionnaire, and in this case, it will be presented to users before the tests related to this questionnaire start or after the test is completed.

A survey can also be implemented independently of the questionnaires, simply by inviting a group of users and contacts to respond to the survey.

A survey can also be deployed as part of a cycle, allowing it to be scheduled using the options of cycles.

To define a survey, one starts by defining a form, which consists of input fields that can be of different types.

In general, surveys are used to gather information by asking users questions that, unlike test questions, have no right or wrong answers. These may be factual information (name, surname, qualification, …), or more survey-related information (what do you think of this training?).
