Opening of the assessment
An assessment is characterized by an opening window, a period during which it is possible to start the test.
You therefore define the opening date [7] and closing date [8] of your assessment. By default, the opening date is now and the closing date is in one day.
Depending on your use case, you can, for example:
- Set a fairly wide opening window, for example “between next Monday morning and Friday evening”, which will allow everyone to choose a suitable time.
- Or conversely have a reduced window, for example “tomorrow between 2 PM and 3 PM”.
Participants will not be able to start the test before the opening time. If they click on the link that was sent to them, they will see a message indicating that the assessment is not yet open. Similarly, if they click on the link after the end of the window, a message will inform them that it is too late.
