Management of Registrations from the Administrator Side
Registrations for a record are managed by the administrator or an authorized person.
It is possible to make a decision on a set of registrations.
The possible decisions are:
- Priority
- Favorable
- Pending
- Rejected
- Closed
Registrations can be presented for all records or for a specific record.
Thus, the team leader can define the priority of the training for the members of their team.
The trainer can select the favorable or priority registrations and assign them to a group of participants to facilitate the organization of the next training session or the invitation to the corresponding e-learning module of the record.
In the visibility tab, you can assign the group of users who can see the item.
