Archiving Questionnaires
Questionnaires join the list of resources that can be archived, such as databases, modules, and surveys.
This feature is accessible in the "Questionnaires" menu, which presents the complete list of questionnaires.
The "entity archiving" option must be enabled.
Select (1) the groups and choose the action "archive" (2) or "unarchive" (3).
Consequences in the Application
Administrator Side
The lists of questionnaires offer a filter on the status.
Archived questionnaires are no longer visible for public access, but invitations to evaluations remain accessible to users.
Note
Archived resources can be identified by the faded color and the small archive symbol preceding the resource name.
