Satisfaction Surveys
When the Cycles feature is activated in the Company Settings under the Training section, option Cycles related to satisfaction, it is possible to trigger evaluation cycles for the trainer, the manager, and the trainees.
These cycles can include knowledge assessment questionnaires based on thematic content and/or satisfaction surveys that have been created in the Surveys menu.
In the example below, the training includes three different cycles aimed at participating trainees, the trainer, and the manager.

The cycle is initiated at the trainer's request using the "INVITE TO CYCLES" button. If the cycle has already been triggered but some participants have arrived in the meantime, this action will only send the cycle to participants who have not been previously invited.
The trainer can cancel the cycle invitations (CANCEL CYCLE INVITATIONS button) if desired or RE-INvite TO CYCLES. In this case, all existing invitations are deleted and regenerated.
When the invited participants respond to the surveys, the results are displayed. They are exportable, and the details of the responses can be viewed by opening the details panel.
