Company Overview
This page provides a synthetic view of the evaluations completed by employees on the various thematic bases in order to have a clear and quick overview of each person's progress.
It is accessible in the "Results" menu and the "Summary" tab.
The page presents a double-entry table with employees in rows and thematic bases in columns.
These results depend on the choice of filters:
- the user group
- the evaluation context (“training”, “evaluation”, “certification”)
- the analysis period
The color indicates the level of success: red, orange, yellow, light green, green.
The thickness of the circle indicates the number of tests during the period and can be interpreted as a degree of confidence regarding the score obtained, or as an indication of the work provided.
