Contacts
Contacts are people to whom you have submitted an evaluation, without having created an account for them on ExperQuiz.
They do not have an account, and they cannot log in to ExperQuiz. They can only complete the evaluations you submit to them, which they are informed of by email.
To manage contacts more easily, you can specify their last name, first name, and other attributes. To modify a contact, click on the button that looks like a pencil.
You can view the evaluations submitted to a contact by clicking on the button that looks like a graph.
Activate a contact
You can transform a contact into an active user, meaning they will have an account:
- Select the contacts concerned by the action
- Click on the ACTIVATE button
The contacts will receive an email informing them of the creation of their account and providing their initial password.
You will then find them in the Users tab. The evaluations they had completed will remain attached to them.
